What is the traditional VIP tour like?

After being introduced to your Hosts prior to your arrival, you’ll discuss meeting times and places for your day in the parks. Upon arrival you’ll begin your day that has been carefully curated to fit your families dynamics and expectations. Hosts always combine your specific requests and their professional insight on how to most effectively navigate the parks efficiently and seamlessly. Through multiple avenues of resources and 15+ years of touring experience, you’ll experience no more than a 10-15 minute wait for all attractions, and most the time, an even less wait time.

How many hours a day are you with your guide?

Our service is based on a 6 hour minimum which has been proven, and tested, to consistently include all theme parks in their entirety. However, some guests do like to indulge a little more than others in the offerings inside the parks, and even outside. As a service standard, we are at your beck and call throughout your time utilizing our service. If you’re looking to have a VIP host for lengthier days, or for other aspects of your trip, we’re more than happy to accommodate.

Do you help with booking tickets, park reservations, and dining reservations?

The short answer - YES! We absolutely believe that our vision for your time in Florida, and California, is unparalleled when we get the jump on your vacation from the start. Being able to take crowd patterns, seasonal influxes, and an inherent assessment into your planning creates a custom tailored, intimately designed experience. After many years of designing families itineraries, planning corporate retreats and events, entertaining countless other visiting groups, we’ve gained a true understanding of how to make a lasting impression when taking the reins on your trip through all planning aspects.

How much do Disney VIP tours cost and how do we pay you?

Each year we assess our industries environment to offer rates that are reflective of many variables; supply and demand, seasonal influxes, and guide availability. Typically our rates range from $400 - $800 an hour based on party sizes. Obviously there are exceptions and the best way to ensure the fees associate with your visit is to speak with a member of our staff. In order to reserve a VIP Guide you’ll need to provide a credit card to secure your desired dates and begin the planning process. You are never charged anything until your experience is completed, but more importantly, you’re 100% satisfied. At the end of your experience with our guides, you can pay using the most convenient methods for you and your family. We accept all credit cards, checks, cash, Venmo and Zelle. Lastly, we do offer discounted rates for guests who pay with cash so please let us know if that is something you’re interested in.
